Merry etc. and Happy etc.
Best season greetings and a great gift for all fmff readers : no compulsory reading during the holidays.
Postings shall resume on January 2, 2008.
Meanwile, you remain welcome to polish your French cinema skills.
You could not stand one more screening of "White Christmas" ?
Then, it is time you watch, rewatch or rerewatch « Le père Noël est une ordure », even more so if you were tricked into screening its turkey remake, « Mixed Nuts ».
If you have nothing better to do on Christmas Eve than watch a movie, you will sure be in the right mood to appreciate this French season classic.
If you also look for an excuse to play hooky on New Year's Eve, we suggest the « Garde à vue » solution : get yourself put into police custody.
There is no guarantee you will be allowed to leave the party as you wish.

I stumbled your blog a couple of weeks ago and want to let you know that I enjoy reading it tremendously. If I could find these films and watch them, I'll be in heaven. Thank you so much for putting the effort in introducing French cinema to us, the non-French population.
Happy holidays!
